A New Approach to Chronic Pain Relief

Perrywork specializes in helping people find lasting relief from chronic pain, even when other treatments have not worked. Developed over 30 years, our innovative technique, Hydro Dissection Needling (HDN), is designed to free restrictions in tissues, restore movement, and reduce pain naturally.

This non-surgical, drug-free approach targets the root causes of pain rather than just masking symptoms, offering a new solution for those seeking long-term relief.

Conditions We Treat

Perrywork can help with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow – Reduces pain and improves mobility

  • Migraines and headaches – Relieves tension and nerve irritation contributing to chronic headaches

  • Shoulder pain and rotator cuff injuries – Restores movement and reduces inflammation

  • Lower back pain and sciatica – Targets nerve entrapments and fascial restrictions

  • Knee pain and arthritis – Supports joint function and relieves stiffness

  • Diabetic neuropathy and nerve pain – Helps improve circulation and reduce discomfort

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome – Releases nerve compression and improves hand function

  • Neck pain and whiplash injuries – Eases tension and restores movement

Many individuals come to Perrywork after trying physical therapy, pain medications, injections, or even surgery without success. Our approach focuses on helping the body heal itself by addressing the underlying causes of pain and movement restrictions.
